Melkoa Creative reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by me when I decide that that service has been inappropriately used or otherwise.

Melkoa Creative reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Sites Designed by Melkoa Creative

All web sites designed by Melkoa Creative are done so at the exclusive direction of and based on information provided by each individual web site owner. The sole and entire responsibility for that same information rests with each individual web site owner.

Melkoa Creative shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for:

Any damage of any kind (direct, indirect or consequential) which results from the use of, access to or inability to use the information contained in any web site which it has designed.
Any errors or omissions in the contents of any website which it has designed.
Any damages to or viruses that may infect a site visitor's computer equipment, software, data or other property which result from a site visitor's access to, use of or browsing in any site designed by Melkoa Creative.
Any damages that result from the downloading of material, data, text, images, video or audio from any site designed by Melkoa Creative.

Payment Policies

When Melkoa Creative agrees to provide a service for a customer and a contract is signed a deposit is to be paid. When the job is complete the outstanding balance is to be paid. The deposit is non-refundable.

Although Melkoa Creative reserves the right to change the prices of any of its services at any time, all pricing is guaranteed after a contract has been signed.

It is important to note that the rental of domain names and hosting are annual fees and must be paid for every year in advance otherwise the web site will be suspended.

Quotations and Acceptance

Quotations issued by Melkoa Creative whether verbally or in writing do not constitute offers and Melkoa Creative reserves the right to withdraw or revise the same at any time prior to Melkoa Creative acceptance of the customer's order.

Melkoa Creative reserves the right at any time to refuse to accept orders and cancel any incomplete orders due to circumstances beyond its control.

Cancellation and Refunds

Melkoa Creative reserves the right to cancel a service at any time. If a customer is in breach of any of Melkoa Creative terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation of the service.

Deposits are non-refundable. No refund will be given after completion of a service unless that service is deemed to be faulty by Melkoa Creative.

Replies

Where stated a reply within “24 hours” means one working day, therefore excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Additional Comments

Melkoa Creative shall not be liable to any customer for any loss or damage, which may be suffered, by the customer as a direct or indirect result of the supply of goods and/or services by Melkoa Creative.

In the event of any part of these Terms and Conditions being ineffective for any reason, the remainder thereof shall constitute the Conditions binding upon the parties.

Melkoa Creative reserves the right to revise its terms, conditions, policies and charges at any time and without prior notice.
